Who doesn't watch YouTube these days? As is everywhere else in the world, YouTube is huge in Korea. In fact, it is the number 1 app used in Korea.
According to a government poll in 2007, the top 5 career choices for primary children in Korea was (in this order) teacher, doctor, celebrity, athlete and professor. However, in 2019 YouTuber took 3rd place.
