One of the most discussed fruits in the Korean winter is strawberry! Korean winter strawberries are large, juicy and sweet, making them fitting for a variety of products. On a busy street of Hongdae, there lies a cafe named Super Coffee known for one of the best strawberry milks in Korea.

Super Coffee is located on the 2nd floor. At the doorway, I could see boxes of strawberries and other fruits being sold. Sadly I had to rush home so I couldn’t take photos of the interior of this cafe, but it looked chic and cool. Like their name, they used a logo that resembles the Superman. I ordered their best selling strawberry milk to take away.
Look at it! Doesn’t it look yummy just looking at it? They even give you a plastic cup with their logo on so it's convenient when you get home to drink. This was ₩7,000.
Now time for the truth. Will it taste as lovely as it looks? Will it be worth ₩7,000? Let's find out!
The strawberries were quite large in size, sweet and juicy. However, if you think about it carefully, this is sold for ₩7,000. I don't think it was worth that much as they are selling about 5 strawberries with less than 500ml of milk in a glass bottle. A very profitable business, I thought.
But at the end of the day, if the drink made you happy and satisfied, it shouldn’t be a problem. Next time you visit Hongdae and want to taste delicious strawberry milk, Super Coffee is waiting for you.
