Cabin Baggage Regulation

• Number of Baggage: 1 excluding personal hand bag
• Size: 56 x 35 x 23cm, Sum of 3 sides should be less than 114cm
• Weight : There are no regulations on weight for direct flights to Korea
• Strollers, Cradles, Wheel Chairs, Crutches are allowed on flight for free.

Checked Baggage Precautions

• Regardless of the ticket type there are surcharges if you exceed the checked baggage limit.
• The weight of one bag cannot exceed 32kg.
• The total of the sum of the three sides (Length + Width + Height) of the checked baggage must be under 157cm (62in).
• If the baggage exceeds the weight limit there may be the case where you have to pay for any surcharge that occurs such as putting the baggage on a separate flight
• There is a $200 surcharge per extra charged bag.

Baggage Regulations per Airline | 2. American Airlines

Cabin Baggage Regulation

• Number of Baggage: 1 excluding personal handbag
• Size: 56 x 36 x 23cm *Including handle and wheels
• Diaper bag, Car seat, Stroller, Medical Equipment, and any equipment that is needed for movement are allowed for free on board.
• Recommend that you put labels on cabin baggage as well just like the checked baggage.

Checked Baggage Precautions

• There are differences on the number and weight of bags allowed on the flight depending on the ticket type.
• Depending on the ticket type there may be surcharges if the weight limit is exceeded on checked baggage.
• The weight of one bag cannot exceed 23kg and 32kg for First and Business Class.
• The total of the sum of the three sides (Length + Width + Height) of the checked baggage must be under 158cm
• If the baggage exceeds the weight limit there may be the case where you have to pay for any surcharge that occurs such as putting the baggage on a separate flight

Cabin Baggage Regulation

• Number of Baggage: 1 excluding personal handbag
• Size: Personal Hang Bag : 22 x 25 x 43cm, Cabin Baggage: 22 x 35 x 56cm *Handle and wheels included
• Infant safety equipment, cradles, diaper bags, cameras are allowed on board for free.
• In the case of Basic Economy you can only bring a personal handbag on board.

Checked Baggage Precautions

• There are differences on the number and weight of bags allowed on the flight depending on the ticket type.
• Depending on the ticket type there may be surcharges if the weight limit is exceeded on checked baggage.
• The weight of one bag cannot exceed 32kg.
• The total of the sum of the three sides (Length + Width + Height) of the checked baggage must be under 158cm
• If the baggage exceeds the weight limit there may be the case where you have to pay for any surcharge that occurs such as putting the baggage on a separate flight
• If there are more than on transit locations on the flight, you will receive the checked baggage only at the final destination.

Cabin Baggage Regulation

• Number of Baggage: 1 excluding personal hand bag
• Size: Personal Hang Bag : 16 x 33 x 43cm, Cabin Baggage: 23 x 40 x 56cm *Handle and wheels included
• Weight : Light enough that you can put it on the cabin by yourself without any help
• In the case you are traveling by carrying an infant with you, you can bring one more cabin baggage in that case
• Baggage that exceeds the size of the cabin baggage needs to be checked in and may be subject to surcharges

• Number: 1 Personal Item and 1 Cabin Baggage
• Size: 55 x 35 x 22cm *Including the handle and wheels
• Please put a tag so you know which bag is yours

Checked Baggage Precautions

• The price for the first checked bag is $30, the second checked bag is $40, and $100 for every bag checked after.
• The total of the sum of the three sides (Length + Width + Height) of the checked baggage must be under 158cm
• If the Checked baggage exceeds the weight limit of 23kg or the length, you have to pay $100
• The weight of one bag cannot exceed 45kg
• If the baggage exceeds the weight limit there may be the case where you have to pay for any surcharge that occurs such as putting the baggage on a separate flight

• If the weight exceeds the limit for each ticket type there will be surcharges
• The total of the sum of the three sides (Length + Width + Height) of the checked baggage must be under 158-203cm
• If any of the checked baggage exceeds the given specifications there will be a surcharge or you may have to register for it to be transported through a different flight
