Today, I'm excited to introduce the personal balance design service from Cocory Color Research Institute, renowned for its expertise in personal color in Hongdae.
Our Visit
Today, I came to the 'Cocory Color Institute' in Hongdae to get a personal balance design. I was very satisfied with my personal color analysis experience here before, so I wanted to get a balance program this time.
First, I wrote and submitted simple personal information with Google Form.
Personal Balance Coaching is only available at the Yeonhui main branch, so be careful when making a reservation. There are two types of personal balance: daily balance (fashion) and makeup balance. Fashion Balance examines your face, features, and body shape to offer personalized advice on clothing, glasses, and accessories. Meanwhile, Makeup Balance reveals your unique charm by analyzing your makeup style and recommending tailored techniques and products.
Firstly, they measured my body and face.
Based on the measurements, they analyzed my face shape. There are a total of 6 types of face shapes, and features are classified into 4 types. Then we also looked into the hairstyle for each face type.
After the measuring is done, I sat in front of the mirror to get an accurate coaching. I put on a white cloth and tied my hair for a more accurate analysis.
First of all, I checked the shape of my eyebrows. I tried to find the shape of the eyebrows that match the different shapes of the eyebrows by putting them directly on my face.
I also checked the glasses. I usually thought glasses didn't look good on me, but after trying different frames, I found a pair of glasses that matches my face shape.
We also tried earrings and necklaces. In the case of earrings, hey check the pendant's shape and size in detail to see what type of necklace suits the thickness, material, and length of the chain.
In addition to accessories, they also check which neckline, pattern and tops look best on you.
Finally, after checking the pelvic type, they identify your final body type: Mine was straight type!
Now, as a final step, I will choose the perfect type for me using the balance graph developed by COCORY.
I looked for a style that suits me in various categories and the type that is close to the one that suits me. I selected my best type based on the most derived words from the graph. As a result, the keywords Gorgeous, Sharp, and Innocent were derived.
Based on this, they recommended different types of clothing.
Next, we'll continue with the Makeup Balance coaching.
First, they analyze the skin type among oily, complex, and dry; and recommend basic skin care and foundation formulas.
Next, they conducted skin color measurement with the machine developed by COCORY.
It can be divided into warm and cool tones by checking the brightness, yellowness, and redness of the skin.
Next, they use a line to analyze face shape and three types of features in more detail.
Accordingly, they propose a six facial balance using lines and shapes, and suggest customized makeup directions.
Also, I got recommendations for makeup balance types and color recipes.
In addition, he showed me a makeup style that suits me using celebrity photos as an example. It was easier to understand when I checked it through the pictures.
Also, what's amazing is that you can actually do the makeup they recommended on-site.
It doesn't end with a cosmetic recommendation, but they also evaluate the makeup products you are using. I recommend bringing the products you usually use!
I also received an email with detailed makeup product info that perfectly matched my coaching results, including specific lip product suggestions with brands and color options that were great for shopping. I highly recommend trying the COCORY personal balance coaching!
