Our Visit

I recently visited Project U Clinic, located just a 1-minute walk from Hongik Univ. Station. This place is incredibly popular, and it's easy to see why. They focus on continuous research and great customer communication, aiming to provide the best in anti-aging skin care.

When I walked in, I was greeted by a bright and clean interior. The atmosphere made me feel even more confident in their treatments.

Project U Clinic's head director is Dr. Lee Kyung-hwan. With extensive experience, he performs treatments quickly, accurately, and professionally.

Before the treatment, I presented my passport at the reception to confirm my reservation.

Before receiving the procedure, I cleansed my skin to ensure it was clean. The cleansing area, like the lobby, was bright and welcoming.

Next to the sink, there are various cleansing products available for use. I used the lip and eye remover to take off my eye makeup, followed by a foam cleanser for my face.

Next to the sink, there were thoughtful touches like a comb and even a Dyson straightener. It was great to be able to fix my hair after the treatment.

Before starting the actual treatment, they took photos with the EVE V 3D machine to check the current condition of my skin. This 3D imaging is standard for those receiving skin-related treatments (like acne, pores, scars, and pigmentation). For other treatments, it's optional. It was my first time having my skin measured with such a precise device, so I was both excited and a bit nervous.

The imaging process was completed in less than a minute. With my eyes closed, I rested my face on the support inside the device while the photos were taken.

After the shoot, I moved to the counseling room to proceed with the consultation.

They captured a detailed 3D model of my skin, providing an in-depth analysis. The results were shown in a graph, highlighting key areas and concerns. The consultation about my skin issues was thorough and helpful. Since the detailed skin analysis takes time, you might want to skip it if you’re on a tight schedule.

Based on the consultation, I decided to go for the "K-Idol Project" treatment! This package includes Premium Water Tox, InModeFX, Rejuran, and Jaw Botox for overall skin improvement. I moved to the treatment room for the first procedure, Premium Water Tox. The treatment room was really cozy.

Once I lay down on the bed, they started with the Premium Water Tox treatment. Water Tox forms a microfilm on the skin, helping to retain moisture and increase elasticity. This treatment improves the skin's protective barrier, resulting in hydrated and firm skin.

After the Water Tox treatment, they applied numbing cream all over my face in preparation for the upcoming InMode and Rejuran procedures.

After applying the numbing cream, I waited for about 30-40 minutes. While lying down, gentle background music playing helped me to relax.

After some time, they wiped off the numbing cream.

Before the InMode treatment, the doctor personally examined my skin and planned the procedure. I was satisfied with how he tailored the treatment to my specific skin condition and meticulously treated each area.

InMode is a treatment that delivers high-frequency energy through high-voltage electrical stimulation to the fascia layer, destroying unnecessary fat cells and promoting collagen production. It is recommended for those looking to improve double chin, fine lines, lifting, and anti-aging effects. The procedure was almost painless, so don't worry if you have a low pain tolerance!

The next treatment was Rejuran. Before starting, they showed me the medication in the syringe.

Rejuran is a treatment that strengthens the skin from within and helps with skin regeneration. It's highly effective for enhancing skin elasticity, reducing fine lines, and minimizing pores!

Although the treatment was a bit painful, the doctor's quick hands made it quite bearable.

After finishing the Rejuran treatment, I received jaw Botox. I felt reassured knowing they used Xeomin Botox from the German company Merz. This procedure was almost painless and completed in about five minutes.

After all the treatments, I moved back to the recovery room to soothe my skin. I was very satisfied with the thorough care they provided, not just during the procedures but also in the post-treatment recovery.

I lay down again and had a soothing gel applied, followed by a hydration treatment using ultrasound. The cool gel felt very calming on my face, especially on the treated areas.

After wiping off the gel, they applied a collagen mask over my entire face, including the eye area.

Then, they used a rejuvenation laser to reduce any bumps and redness after the treatment. They covered my eyes to protect them from the laser.

Finally, they wiped off any remaining residue from my face, completing the treatment.

After all the treatments were done, they applied a moisturizer to leave my skin feeling hydrated and refreshed.

Here's how my skin looked immediately after the treatment. The Rejuran Skin Booster had deeply penetrated into my skin, and thanks to the thorough calming care, there was minimal bumpiness or redness. By the next morning, most of the bumpiness had subsided, so it didn't affect my daily life. Recovery times can vary from person to person, but I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly my skin healed.
