Inside, there's an info desk on the right. Scan the QR code in your language for floor guides. The MEMBERSHIP DESK is on the 5th floor.
Get a number ticket from the kiosk and wait.
There's a notice that prepaid cards cannot be used for tobacco, alcohol, Chanel cosmetics, or Chow Tai Fook products. Please keep in mind that prepaid cards and Gold Membership cards cannot be used for certain brands and products.
Once it is your turn, show your Creatrip coupon, waiting number and passport to the staff.
The Gold Membership card and prepaid card are linked to your passport number, so you can use them conveniently without a physical card. Just show your passport when making a purchase! All the benefits are already registered with your passport, making shopping very convenient.
