STEP 1.	Go to the Creatrip My Page and check the product usage history. After use, click the Review button on the bottom right.
STEP 2.	Please select the number of asterisks and write a review of the procedure with a photo.
STEP 3.	Show your review to the counter staff.
STEP 4.	Provide premium drinks at the in-house cafe after writing a photo review.

Things To Keep In Mind

Reservation and Visit

• Please fill in the required information accurately on the reservation page for smooth progress.
• You need to pay a deposit at the time of reservation, and you must pay the remaining amount excluding the deposit at the store on the day of your visit.
• If you are more than 10 minutes late for your reservation, it will be automatically canceled and the deposit will not be refunded.

• If you have your passport with you, you can receive a tax refund of 7-8%. Please make sure to bring your passport if you wish to receive the tax refund.

Post-treatment management

• For smooth skin regeneration after treatment, please refrain from drinking alcohol and smoking for a week.
• Temporary troubles such as swelling, bruising, and redness may occur after treatment, but they will soon be relieved. If they do not improve, please contact help@creatrip.com.

1. Visit the 1st floor and present the reservation confirmation/passport received from Creatrip at the desk.
2. Wait in the waiting area in the lobby. An English/Chinese/Japanese interpreter will come to meet you.
3. When your name is called, move to the consultation room and receive information about the treatment (pre-treatment process, order, and duration).
4. Pay the fee at the consultation room or desk and apply for a tax refund.
5. After moving to the treatment room, have a personalized consultation with the director based on individual characteristics.
6. Receive the treatment according to the instructions.
7. Receive guidance on the post-treatment process at the management office.
8. Receive detailed instructions on precautions and recommendations after the treatment at the information desk.
9. If needed, receive a prescription and take medication at a nearby pharmacy or schedule a follow-up visit.

Today, I visited Le Shine Clinic, located a 5-minute walk from Gangnam Station.

The Lushane Clinic is a comprehensive clinic that offers a variety of treatments beyond skincare procedures, including body contouring, physical therapy, child development, and treatments for problematic nails.

When you come up to the second floor, you can see the reception area at a glance.

The marble is making the desk more luxurious.

When you arrive first, you need to present the voucher at the desk.

Don't worry if you don't speak Korean, as Luxein Clinic will have English, Chinese, and Japanese interpreters available!

If you are sitting and waiting, a staff member will come and check your identification and briefly confirm the treatment.

Le Shain Clinic is decorated very luxuriously inside, giving the feeling of being at an exhibition.

You can also look around inside while waiting.

Le Shine Clinic has the advantage of having an oxygen care system installed in each room, allowing you to receive consultations and treatments in a pleasant environment.

For the customers, even such small things were taken care of, it's impressive!

Consultations are conducted based on the information provided at the time of reservation, so please explain while also showing the InBody and 3D MetaView results.

After the consultation, if you need to wash your face, you can do self-cleansing in the powder room.

If you receive treatment in a private room, you can go straight into the room because there is also a washroom in the room.

Another place would have required the customer to move themselves, but if you receive treatment in a private room, the doctor will move directly. This is the biggest advantage of Le Shine Clinic!

In the treatment room, we mainly perform procedures that do not take long, such as laser treatment.

This is a private management room for each individual patient.

Single rooms are all structured so that the doctor moves, so there is no inconvenience for customers to move directly.

Now I'm going to get an IV drip, and the IV drip is being administered on the first floor.

When you enter the entrance, there is a waiting seat like this.

Also, the menu board in the in-house cafe is written in English, so it's easy to read.

Now I'm entering the infusion room.

The infusion room has two beds in each room.

There is a locker between the beds where you can store clothes or luggage.

Also, when you close the curtain, your view gets blocked, so you can feel like you're in a private room.

Traveling can be both healing and fun, but it can also involve a lot of walking and a change in environment, which may disrupt your sleep.
