Of course, there are many scenes that take place at a hospital.
Although scenes that were shot at the emergency room may have been set up, the lobby, elevators, and corridors were all shot at this hospital.

In this scene, the characters Ahn Jung-won and Jang Gyeol-wool take a huge step in their relationship.
