  • 韓定食レストランを運営していたオモニの影響を受けて食堂を運営することにした「チュンム路チュクミプルコギ」は３階建ての規模の大型チュクミ(イイダコ)専門店です。30年を超えてチュンム路でチュクミヤンニョムクイ(チュクミヤンニョム焼き)というメニューが愛されてきました。社長の故郷であるチョンナム、スンチョンで直接漬けたコチュジャンに、事前に寝かせておいたチュクミを炭火で焼きます。好みに合わせて辛さを調整できます。 このお店は炭火焼きチュクミとプルコギ一筋で40年間歩んできたチュンム路の名物として、食事やお酒のつまみとしてずっと愛されています。特製のチュクミヤンニョムは”魔力のソース”だと呼ばれるほど、食欲をそそる味です。チュクミとキチョゲの貝柱がハーフ＆ハーフのメニューも人気です。〆として甘辛いチュクミ野菜ポックンパプをオススメします！
