This is an absolutely luxurious hotel. Staff is friendly, helpful and professional. Beautiful facilities. Only thing is that the hotel is not walking distance to anything because there's a long drive in through its front landscape before you can reach the front entrance. However, there is a CU convenient attached to the hotel. Definitely rent a car to get around Jeju.

I give 3 stars as I find myself, if the rate for this hotel is really worth it’s value. At this moment, it’s hard to justify its current rate.
You can visit other hotels at similar level, who will be able to provide a higher quality at similar rate or even 10% higher rate for about twice better building quality and location.
Deluxe King is where I stayed. While it contains all that you could ask for (decent view of ‘pools’, close parking lot, friendly staff, etc), what’s hard to justify is its approach to interior and furnitures.
I would much rather spend about $20-50 more for Shilla or Hyatt. Every furniture and comfortability items in the room at either average or below par.
Breakfast offering is quite decent, but lunch isn’t really that ‘charming’.
If you are a hotel customer who isn’t to keen or stay in as much, not sensitive to sleep, it may be a good choice. But if you are on the other side of above description, I would rather seek for alternative options.

Had a lovely stay at the Grand Josun Hill Suite. Staff were lovely and the room was clean. The lounge access was great but had limited food option compare to So Sofitel lounges and limited facilities with small pool. The daily room rate was high compare to other luxury hotels I have stay and must say wasn’t to those standard and is missing a lot to be in the same ranks as the other luxury hotel daily room rates. Apart from the high room rate the food and dinner entertainment was the high light for my son and wife.

A family resort is more accurate than a hotel. A great place for families with kids and a bit overpriced
Pros: 1. Room quality 2. Friendly staff 3. Great Italian restaurant
Cons: 1. Too few restaurant choices There are 3 restaurants in total. Buffet, Italian, Poolside Snack Bar. I heard the buffet is famous. 3. they offer two pools; a family pool and an adult pool. The family pool is crowded. There are too few pool beds available at the adult pool. The most disappointing thing is that if you order a drink, a restriction applies. No drinks near the pool!!! 4. Unlike other hotels, there is no shuttle bus service 5. No proper bar for the evening drink

Stayed 2 nights. I couldn’t believe how bad it was considering the price. The bathroom is dirty, the room is small and basic. The hairdryer is a piece of garbage, it’s probably older than me. The breakfast was a disappointment, and we had to wait in line to be seated. Towels are low quality. If it was cheaper I wouldn’t mind all of it, but we paid 700$ a night and expected at least basic stuff to be high quality. A big disappointment
