A very nice place. Clean, spacious rooms, very friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast. And swimming pool.
Hotel is close to the beach and behind the hotel is some amazing volcanic rock seaside with small lighthouse.
I had a blast there with my daughter exploring the rock pools.
Also, you can have some amazing 5am runs following the road behind the hotel.
We will come back.5

Very nice, pleasant and full of luxury. Food was great, staff friendly and helpful. They don’t speak much English though. The outsite pool is awesome despite the fussy rules. Rooms are really comfortable. They have smoking areas. There’s a 24h convenient store. Very well located. Beach at 5m walking.5

Nice and clean room
Excellent service (Overall service was better than Grand Hyatt hotel)
Fast check in and out
My only complaint staying here 3 days - The buffet restaurant didn’t have self serve coffee and tea station. Had to wait 10 minutes getting hot water or tea (We asked for hot water and the server said I had to get it myself, he will only provide drip coffee in a pot)3

Big fan of this hotel and amenities. Staff on this last trip were extremely fussy about adhering to rules around the pool mainly cos we were the only ones there and they had nothing to do. Impossible to relax when we were stopped and told four times about rules that were also very fussy. No need and ruined our day at points playing with the daughter in the pool
