Things To Keep In Mind

13 years and above are charged at a flat rate, 3 to 12 years old are discounted, infants under 36 months old are free (without occupying a seat).
Prices on this page are based on Korean Won, subject to real-time exchange rates in New Taiwan Dollar, please refer to the amount at the time of checkout.
Minimum group size is 1 person, when full or insufficient numbers, rescheduling or 100% refund will be coordinated.
Depending on traffic or weather conditions, itinerary times may vary.
Under non-extreme weather conditions, tours will proceed as normal in case of rain or snow.
If there is a need for a wheelchair or baby stroller to accompany, please inform us by email.
There is no fixed dining time, please dine at your own choice at the restaurant or shop at Nami Island or the foot of Mount Seorak.
Upon arrival at Mount Seorak, the guide will introduce the hiking and cable car routes, you can choose your route freely (cable car tickets need to be purchased separately).
One day before departure, we will send you a reminder email between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM. This email will contain a link to a group chat where you'll be able to communicate directly with our tour staff. If you can not find the email, please check your spam or junk mail section.

Nami Island is so beautiful~~ Even on weekdays, there's a reason why a huge crowd gathers. The food is also reasonably priced and tastes good. It's great to play with kids and there's a lot to see. However, I felt bad about the way the staff at the information center responded. I said I came to rent a stroller because I have children of 36 months and 16 months, and they said that 36-month-olds are not allowed. It's a dirt road, and if it's too difficult, they won't rent a stroller because they have trains and other rides. I won't go to the information center again.
