The beeswax-aged pork belly is a special menu item that is prepared upon request at least 3 weeks before and requires prior reservation. If you want to order this menu, please make sure to mention it in your reservation details.
Due to the beeswax-aged pork belly being a custom order menu, cancellation is not possible once ordered.
The minimum order is for 2 people.
