Things To Keep In Mind

One day before departure, we will send you a reminder email between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM. This email will contain a link to a group chat where you'll be able to communicate directly with our tour staff. If you can not find the email, please check your spam or junk mail section.
Please make sure to specify your shuttle bus boarding location when making a reservation.
Please follow the instructions provided by the travel agency after your reservation is confirmed.
Please make sure to arrive 10 minutes early at the designated meeting spot. For the convenience of other customers, the shuttle bus will depart for the next stop immediately. No refunds will be given if you miss the tour due to being late.
The tour itinerary is subject to change depending on weather or traffic conditions.
Rail bikes have 4-person seats, so groups smaller than four will need to share with others.
If you choose a personal bike at Gangchon Rail Bike, an additional fee of KRW 5,000 per person will be charged (payable in cash on-site).
If you wish to select a personal bike when making your reservation, please include it in the additional information section.
Children under 36 months are free of charge but will not be provided additional bus seats.
If you want to bring a wheelchair or stroller, please inform us in advance at help@creatrip.com.

Tour guide was very informative and funny, the coach travel was easy and quick. I enjoyed all 3 locations. I wish I had had more time at nami island so I’d recommend doing it separately and giving it more time than 2 hours to fully take in the island
