How to Reserve

1. Click 'Book now' on the spot page to book the product according to the date and number of people. 
   • The reserved date is the day you visit the Squid Game Experience, and the time is the start time of the game.
2. After the reservation is completed, it will be confirmed within 1-4 days. (Orders cannot be processed on weekends and public holidays.)
3. Once the reservation is confirmed, the voucher will be sent directly to the booker's email within 1-10 days based on the viewing date. (The voucher cannot be checked in the Creatrip booking details, so please check your email carefully.)
4. You can receive the ticket at the event ticket office from 1 hour to 30 minutes before the game starts on the experience day. Please present the name of the main booker and the voucher at the designated ticket exchange booth.
   • Voucher exchange presentation location: Ticket exchange desk inside the experience center (located next to the locker room)
5. Please visit Lotte World or Seoul Sky on the desired date within the validity period. (Within 15 days from the receipt of the mail)
6. Please enter using the QR code at the Lotte World or Seoul Sky gate. There is no need to visit the ticket office.

• This ticket package does not include a guide or transportation, so you must travel to the experience center on your own.

Squid Game: THE EXPERIENCE Seoul

• Advance reservations are required for this product. Entry is only allowed on the reserved date and time.
• If there is a waiting line on-site, entry may not be possible before the game starts. Please arrive with enough time before your reservation.
• If participation in the game is difficult due to tardiness, you can join the session that starts 15 minutes later.
• The total game time at the Squid Game Experience is approximately 90 minutes.
• The game language is basically Korean and English. The monitor that provides an explanation of the rules before the experience will show the explanation primarily in Korean with English subtitles. The language is not very important for this experience.
• To receive tickets upon entry, you must present your voucher and reservation details.
• During your participation in , your experience may be filmed, and the footage or images may be used for future promotional purposes.
• Leather shoes can cause accidents during the experience, so comfortable running shoes are recommended.
• Please follow the staff's instructions for your safety during the experience.
• If the location becomes too crowded, please follow the safety personnel's instructions to prevent accidents.
• Items that can cause fires such as fireworks, items that can be used as weapons like glass bottles/cans, and items that can disturb others like drones/laser pointers/megaphones are prohibited.
• There are no facilities to store personal mobility devices like bicycles, strollers, or scooters.
• Due to limited parking space, public transportation is recommended.
• If threatening physical contact or dangerous behavior towards others occurs, you may be forcibly removed.
• If you violate the game rules or interfere with the experience of other participants, you may be forcibly removed from the facility.
• You can freely exit the experience in the middle, but ticket refunds or changes to other sessions are not possible.
• The indoor area is very dark, with loud noises and possibly narrow spaces. Please carefully consider if you have related health conditions.
• Lighting effects are used, so please exercise caution if you are sensitive to light or have related health conditions.
• Outside food is prohibited, and eating is not allowed in the game zone.
• Smoking is prohibited indoors.
• Pets are not allowed.
• There is no elevator inside the facility, so you will need to use stairs during the experience.
• Taking photos or videos with a flash inside the game zone is prohibited.

Lotte World Seoul / Seoul Sky

• Lotte World tickets are one-day passes that allow access to Lotte World and its rides.
• Seoul Sky tickets are one-day passes that grant access to the observatory.
• You can freely enter and exit Lotte World and Seoul Sky during operating hours. (For detailed operating days, please refer to the official Lotte World/Seoul Sky websites.)
• Lotte World & Seoul Sky tickets are valid for 15 days from the date of receipt and can be used freely without any reservations during operating hours.
• Lotte World & Seoul Sky tickets can be used immediately by scanning the QR code received via email without any additional exchange procedures.
• Entry is not possible with a screenshot of the ticket. Please access and use the URL provided in the email.
• Exposing the barcode of the mobile ticket may result in unauthorized use by a third party, potentially causing issues.
