• All experience prices are per person (same for adults and children).
• Experiences are available on a first-come, first-served basis and may vary depending on on-site conditions.
• [Transparent Boat Ride] can accommodate up to 7 people at a time and is only for those 100 cm or taller.
• [Jellyfish Ecology Program] is an educational program for children aged 5 to elementary school students.
• [Ray Ecology Program] is for children aged 7 and up who are at least 120 cm tall.
• Reservations for [Jellyfish/Ray/Penguin Ecology Programs] close 20 minutes before the program starts.
• [Shark Cage Program] is available for children aged 10 and older, as well as adults.
• [Shark Cage Program] can be reserved by phone and closes on the Sunday one week before the program date. (Reservations/Inquiries: 031-548-1994)
• [Docent Tour Program] is for children aged 6 and up and can be reserved at the ticket office on the day of the visit, closing 10 minutes before the start.
• [Ray Ecology Program] takes place inside a tank, so please prepare a change of clothes.

3. Vouchers will be sent within 1-2 business days after purchase.
   Check the QR code (16-digit number) on the voucher.
4. Please visit freely within 90 days after receiving the voucher.
5. Instead of exchanging for a ticket at the ticket office, please directly enter by exchanging the QR code (16-digit number) on the voucher at the entrance gate.
   (QR code exchange is required for each facility use.)
