Reservation Notice

• This ticket is for foreign visitors only, and you must present your passport to collect the ticket.
• Ticket reservation limit: Maximum 4 tickets per person
• Available languages: Korean, English
• Includes: 1 admission ticket to the Red Velvet Seulgi film photo exhibition ‘NOTHING SPECIAL BUT SPECIAL’
• Not included: Personal expenses, travel insurance, meals

Reservation process

1. Please complete all required information before proceeding with payment.

2. After your reservation is made, it will be confirmed within 1-2 days, and a confirmation email will be sent to you.

3. At the exhibition ticket booth, present your purchase details and reservation information.

4. After your information is verified, exchange it for a paper ticket and proceed with entry.

5. Enjoy the photo exhibition at your leisure. (The visit is limited to 1 hour, including time at the gift shop.)

• Letters or gifts cannot be delivered to the artist.
• No separate tickets will be shipped; you must verify your purchase at the exhibition site and exchange it for a paper ticket before entry.
• Each person can reserve up to 4 tickets.
• If you arrive more than 30 minutes late from the start time of your reserved session, entry and exhibition viewing may not be allowed, and refunds will not be available in such cases.
• When collecting tickets at the venue, all visitors must bring valid identification (passport or alien registration card) along with the reservation details. (Copies or photos of IDs are not accepted.) If either the ID or the information does not match, you will not be able to collect the tickets, and no refunds will be provided.
• You are responsible for any lost or damaged tickets, and tickets will not be reissued under any circumstances. Entry is not permitted without a ticket.
• No food or drinks, including water, are allowed inside.
• For safety reasons, please maintain a distance from the exhibits.
• Commercial photography is prohibited during the exhibition period, including model photoshoots and DSLR photography.
• Pets are not allowed; we appreciate your understanding.
• Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the exhibition.
• Only card payments are accepted at the shop inside the exhibition; cash payments are not allowed.
• Admission is only allowed during the session you reserved, and entry to other sessions is not permitted.
• Re-entry is not allowed after exiting the exhibition.
• The total viewing time, including time spent at the gift shop, is limited to 1 hour.
• There is no dedicated parking available, so we recommend using public transportation.
• Public transportation: Take buses 7734, 7612, or 7739 from Hongdae Station and get off at the Yeonhui-dong Community Center stop, then walk 5 minutes (300m).
