1. Please fill in all the required information accurately on the reservation page.
2. Proceed with the deposit payment.
3. Once the payment is completed, your reservation will be confirmed within 1-2 business days. If there is a need to change the reservation date/time, you'll be contacted via e-mail or messenger app. 
4. During your visit, show your reservation details to the staff. 
5. During final payment, pay the total amount excluding the deposit you've already paid.

3. Make a payment using the NAMANE CARD.
* The NAMANE CARD can be used in combination with another card for split payments. 

4. 5% of the amount paid with the NAMANE CARD will be refunded as NAMANE CARD points.
* You can check the details under 'NAMANE App > MY CARD > Pay Card History'.

• Please try to book after 1 PM if you can, as mornings tend to be fully booked. Morning reservations might be changed or canceled.
• Additional on-site payment may occur depending on the type of service, length of hair, styling etc. after the consultation. 
• Styling includes basic curling iron styling; updo hairstyling is not available. An additional fee may be required for extremely curly hair. (On-site payment)
• The procedures usually takes between 1 to 2.5 hours; but it may be longer based on the consultation time.
• Please make a reservation according to the actual number of people visiting.
• Fluent communication in Chinese and basic communication in English is possible.
• Please choose your desired date and time on the reservation page.
• Please make sure to visit on your reserved date and time. 
• If you are late more than 15 minutes, your reservation will be automatically canceled and no refunds will be provided.
• You have to pay the deposit to complete the reservation. During final payment, pay the total amount excluding the deposit you've already paid.
• Please note that it may be difficult to request a specific female designer, and there are no private rooms available at the LEEKAJA Hair Myeongdong branch.
