1. Please fill in all the required information accurately on the reservation page.
2. Proceed with the full payment.
3. Once the payment is completed, your reservation will be confirmed within 1-2 business days. If there is a need to change the reservation date, you'll be contacted via e-mail or messenger app. 
4. During your visit, please show your reservation details to the staff. 

During reservation 

• Please reserve your desired date and time.
• Please make sure to visit on your reserved date and time. 
• Please make sure to reserve according to actual number of people visiting.
• If you are more than 10 minutes late, your reservation will be canceled automatically and no refunds will be given.
• Please keep in mind reservation changes due to personal reasons are not possible.
• Commercial shoots require prior arrangement and are subject to additional fees.

During your visit 

• You can use all 8 rooms during your reserved time. 
• You need to take your shoes off and wear a slipper inside the studio. 
• If you rent a costume, you can enter to studio 15 minutes early to prepare. If you arrive earlier than that, please wait outdoors. 
• Due to limited space, personal clothing and changing are not allowed.
• Please make an additional on-site payment if you wish to rent costumes (5,000 KRW each), lights (5,000 KRW each), or portable tripods (2,000 KRW each). 
• For safety reasons, children under 10 years old must be accompanied by an adult. 
• Pets are not allowed. 
• Eating and drinking is not allowed inside the studio. 
• You can store your belongings in the storage box (one box per team). You can make a request to keep your valuable items in the office.
