My Korean is not very good, but I could vaguely understand the conversation on the phone, which I had not understood before. She received my reservation notice, so she didn't know that I would come. Fortunately, it was not fully booked at the time. In the end, she served me because she knew that my reservation was genuine, but creatrip did not contact her at that time.

The Hanboks at KDJ Studio are of exceptional quality compared to typical hanbok rental shops, as they research traditional hanboks that can showcase beautiful designs and a Korean sense of aesthetics through the details such as fabric, embroidery, and design.
You can choose from a variety of options, from the Star Palace Walk package, where you can stroll under the night sky with a traditional lantern, to snapshot photography.
For snapshot photography, professional services are provided to create special memories in Korea for foreigners, allowing you to capture high-quality photos.
You can take photos at Gyeongbokgung Palace, which showcases the traditional beauty of Korea, or at an indoor studio, according to your desired concept, such as friendship photos or traditional wedding photos.
Even without the snapshot photography, the difference in quality of the premium hanboks can be felt when wearing Hanboks from Studio KJD and taking pictures.
Please make a reservation at least 3 days in advance.

It is not possible to purchase additional time separately.
Dangui (당의): A women's hanbok with rich volume and long, wide sleeves.
Star Palace Walk (별궁산책): A night tour package where you can enjoy a peaceful night in a beautiful palace. You can walk around the palace with a traditional lantern (Cheongsachorong). Please be sure to return it by 21:00 regardless of the starting time. One traditional lantern is provided for every 2 people.

Things To Keep In Mind
Free Services: Chest strap, under pants, undergarments (optional), Korean socks, inner skirt, flower shoes, hair styling, accessories (pin, hairpin)
No deposit is required for a Hanbok rental, but a passport or other form of identification are required.
You may only try on the Hanbok one time.
If you are late for the return time, an additional fee of 2,000 KRW per 10 minutes will be charged.
There are staff members who can speak Chinese and English at the store.
Please select the exact date and time on the reservation page for smooth processing.
You have 30 minutes to choose a Hanbok to rent and may try on up to 1 set. If you need more than 30 minutes or want to try on 2 sets or more, additional fees must be paid.
The woman's hanbok offers a broad range of sizes, fitting chest measurements from 81 cm (size 44) to 125 cm (size 99).
The men's hanbok has a generous fit around the chest and is suitable for those up to 195cm.
However, the standard size of Hanbok is different from general clothing sizes, so it is recommended to measure on-site.
If there is a possibility that you need to extend the rental time, you must inform the store in advance through phone calls, KakaoTalk, SNS, etc. An additional fee of 10,000 KRW will be charged for every extra hour.
If you are late without prior notice, a fee of 2,000 KRW will be charged every 10 minutes, and 24,000 KRW for 2 hours.
The Hanbok design cannot be determined in advance and will be decided on-site.
The Children's Hanbok is only available for ages 6 to 12.
In the case of renting the Cheongsachorong (traditional lantern) for the 'Starry Palace Walk,' please be aware that there is a limit on the number of units per day for individual use.

This is already my 5th visit. If it weren't for Corona, I would have gone more often, but I wore both the men's and women's hanboks, and each one was of good quality and was a traditional hanbok, so it was luxurious and elegant. Please be kind when it comes to putting on clothes and doing your hair. This is a Hanbok restaurant recognized by Jongno-gu.
