Cancelation Policy

  • Changes and cancellations to the reservation can only be made up to 2 days before the collection date. After that, changes are not possible. Furthermore, refunds are not available after the collection.

[eSIM]

  • Must be used within 90 days of purchase.
  • The usage duration (in days) starts upon eSIM activation.
  • This is a data-only product; voice calls are not included.
  • Upon confirming your purchase, detailed installation and usage instructions will be provided.
  • This SIM can only be used with e-SIM supported devices that have had their Country Lock removed. Please ensure you verify with your current carrier about the Country Lock status and also confirm if your device supports eSIM before purchasing.
  • iPhones purchased in Mainland China/Hong Kong/Macau do not support eSIM.

[Portable WIFI Dosirak Device]

  • If the WiFi Lunchbox rental period is exceeded, a daily fee will be charged for each overdue day.
  • If you lose the WiFi Lunchbox device, you may be required to compensate for the full value of the machine.
  • If you wish to change the pick-up date or have any other inquiries, please contact help@creatrip.com.
  • If you do not return the Wi-Fi device within the rental period, additional charges will apply. During the non-return period, an additional fee of 2,900 KRW per day for 2GB will be charged.
  • If you leave the country without returning the Wi-Fi device, additional charges will accrue until the device is returned. During the non-return period, an additional fee of 2,900 KRW per day for 2GB will be charged.
