Cancelation Policy
- The date you select when making a reservation is the date you will pick up the SIM card. Reservations can be canceled or changed up to 3 days before the date, but it is not possible to terminate or suspend the prepaid SIM.
Things To Keep In Mind
- If you did not purchase a KT SIM card previously, it is not possible to use an additional rechargeable USIM.
- You must provide the required information for your mobile phone number in order to use an additional rechargeable USIM.
- When you arrive at the pickup location, please present valid identification such as your passport or alien registration card to receive your SIM card.
- Only residents of Korea or those who will enter the country soon can apply (overseas residents cannot activate the SIM).
- If you activated the SIM card with your passport, it will be automatically terminated when you leave the country.
