Very bad experience. I would not recommend. I asked for a natural blond and showed many pictures but they made my hair yellow and white and very uneven. They ripped me off by dying my roots with brown dye that was the exact same color as my natural hair and charged me $50 for it. The guy was rushing at the end and kept pulling my hair a lot. I told him that the color was not what I wanted and he said that’s my fault for having an uneven hair color to begin with. I was so upset that I did not want to pay the ₩200,000 that they charged me because I would have to pay someone else to fix my hair for me. Honestly, I could have done better and do not know how they messed up my hair so badly.

- Mercy Hair has a long history. First opening its doors in 1981, it's been around the hair game for almost 4 decades!
- Mercy Hair operates 3 branches near Kyung Hee University.
- The 3rd branch, easy to spot right by the university gate, is directed by Hwang Jeong-eun, a renowned hair designer who graduated from Vidal Sassoon Academy in the UK and spent a long time working in the celebrity district of Cheongdamdong in Seoul.
- The salon is airy and clean while the staff are friendly and skilled.
- Mercy Hair is also a place where many prospective hair designers come to get trained.
