I visited on the recommendation of an acquaintance. I visited in the evening and there were no seats, so I left my number on the tablet and looked around Insa-dong when I got a notification and went there. Like Insa-dong, the store is located in a corner space along an alley. The alley is narrow, so this store is perfect for when you wonder if there is a store in a place like this! It comes out. We were guided to a seat inside where we took off our shoes and entered. The menu included modubu, garlic bossam, and stir-fried octopus. In the case of garlic bossam, the boiling time seems to be truly a work of art. The meat is thick, but not sticky, and really melts in your mouth. And the garlic sauce is really delicious too. In the case of stir-fried octopus, it is not as spicy as it looks and the octopus is really soft. It feels softer than squid. I definitely want to visit again next time and eat bossam and stir-fried octopus!!

- Insadong Garlic Bossam is the perfect restaurant to come to regardless of who you come with such as your loved on, friend, family or anyone. The price itself is not that expensive given that you receive bossam, kimchi jjim, and makgeolli.
