Please refer to the 'Travel' > 'Food' list: 1. Select 'Delivery'. 2. Choose your favorite food or brand and proceed to the reservation page. 3. Click 'Select Dates', select the meals, and fill in detailed reservation information. 4. Take a screenshot of the screen showing the reservation is established after completing the payment. 5. Join the Creatrip exclusive Line account for delivery service (ID: @creatrip). 6. Send the screenshot to the delivery service Line account and wait for confirmation.
As delivery services require immediate contact and we currently only process deliveries through the LINE platform, if you do not join our exclusive Line account for delivery, the reservation will automatically be cancelled and refunded after the time limit is exceeded.
The designated time for delivery represents the estimated time of arrival. The actual delivery time may vary due to the preparation of meals, traffic conditions, and the speed of the delivery personnel, and may not always be precisely on time. It could arrive earlier or be delayed.
At the top of the delivery reservation page, the available reservation range is displayed. If your address is within this range, you can proceed with the reservation. After the delivery order personnel receive your order confirmation message, they will sequentially check for nearby stores that can provide service and proactively inform you whether the order has been established.
The possible reasons are as follows: 1. The reservation could not be made because you did not send the reservation screenshot to the dedicated delivery Line account. 2. There are no serviceable stores around the specified delivery address, or the relevant menu items cannot be provided, so the reservation could not be made. For detailed cancellation reasons, please contact us at help@creatrip.com.
The possible reasons are as follows: 1. Food delivery staff are currently verifying orders sequentially, and if the verification is correct, the status will be changed to 'reservation completed.' 2. You did not send the reservation screenshot to the dedicated delivery Line account, so the reservation could not be made, and thus, this status will continue until canceled. 3. Contact has been made with the food delivery staff, but some information is incomplete, and we are in the process of verifying and communicating.
