How to Use

This product is subject to availability, and we will confirm the reservation within 1-2 days of the reservation date.

Please note that even if payment is completed, the vehicle may not be available at the desired time. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.

Once your reservation is confirmed, you can use the rental car for the specified duration. If you need to change the itinerary, extend your rental period, or switch to a different vehicle type, please contact us at least 3 days in advance. When making a reservation, you must provide your passport name (in English), number of passengers, and the desired rental period and time. (Failure to provide this information may result in a failed reservation.)

How to Reserve

1. Select the pick-up date, choose your vehicle, and purchase a ticket for the desired duration. (One ticket is valid for a maximum of 24 hours and any remaining time cannot be refunded.)

Example 1) If you plan to rent a Full-size car from 09:00 on March 1st to 15:00 on March 3rd = March 1, 2 (24 hours x2) + March 3 (6 hours) = 54 hours
-> Choose March 1st as the first day of use and purchase 3 tickets

Example 2) If you plan to rent a VAN from 09:00 on March 1st to 09:00 on March 5th = March 1, 2, 3, 4 (24 hours x4) = 96 hours
-> Choose March 1st as the first day of use and purchase 4 tickets

2. Please make sure to provide your passport name (in English), number of passengers, pick-up and drop-off dates and times when submitting your request. (If any of these information is missing, we won't be able to process your reservation.)

Example: Pick-up date and time: March 1st, 9:00am, Drop-off date and time: March 5th, 3:00pm

3. We will confirm the availability of your reservation and inform you of the confirmation within 1-2 days of your request. (If your reservation is confirmed, we will send you a voucher.)

4. On the day of pick-up, please take the shuttle vehicle at Jeju Airport to the rental car company. (Please provide your name and number of passengers to the shuttle driver before boarding.)

Refund Policy

Extending the rental period or requesting a partial refund based on remaining rental time is not possible, so please make sure to accurately specify your rental schedule.

Partial refunds for unused rental time due to early vehicle return are not available.

In the event of a natural disaster on the day of rental pick-up, a full refund is possible only with submission of a document confirming flight or ship cancellation.

In case of a confirmed case of a contagious disease by the driver who made the reservation, a full refund is possible only with submission of a document confirming the diagnosis from the Korea Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (KCDC). In case of a confirmed case among the group, 70% refund is possible with submission of supporting documents.

Things to Keep In Mind

If the rental conditions are not met or if there is a NO SHOW for more than 1 hour without any prior communication, the pick-up may be refused, and there will be no refund.

This product includes rental fee, comprehensive insurance, and self-insurance.

The GPS navigation system in the car only supports English and Korean.

The on-site rental car company staff can speak both English and Korean.

The rental car service is only available for those who are between 26 and 70 years old and have held a driver's license for at least 3 years based on the date of issue.

Only those who have a driver's license can be registered as drivers when picking up the car.

When picking up the car, you must bring your international driving permit (IDP), passport, domestic driver's license, and a credit card that can be used for international payments.

The reservation name, passport, and English name on the international driver's permit (IDP) must match exactly for the car to be used (applies only to countries that are parties to the Vienna Convention or Geneva Convention).

The international driver's permit (IDP) must be a B-grade or higher, and for van vehicles, it must be a D-grade or higher.

If any necessary documents are missing, the car cannot be used.

The lessee is responsible for any violations of traffic laws that occur during the rental period.

All vehicles are non-smoking, and separate cleaning fees will be charged for smoking inside the car.

The images of the vehicle types may differ in color or version from the actual rental car.

Pets, fishing gear, and exceeding the passenger capacity (including infants and young children as one person) will result in refusal of pick-up, and the ticket will not be refunded (the same applies for same-day cancellations).

Pick-up and return are not available outside business hours (08:00 to 20:00).

We do not assume any responsibility for any lost items, so please be careful.

When returning the car, please check your flight time in advance and return the car 1 hour to 1 hour and 30 minutes before departure time to ensure a smooth departure.

We are not responsible for any accidents caused by returning the car after the scheduled return time or returning it in a hurry due to a tight flight schedule.

If it is inevitable to extend the use, you must confirm with the rental car company in advance whether it is possible. (We proceed according to the scheduled reservation time, so there is a risk of causing inconvenience to others.)

All other conditions are subject to the rental terms and conditions of the rental contract of the rental car company. Once you sign and acknowledge the explanation at the time of pick-up, we assume that you have understood the contents.

Car insurance: an insurance policy that can provide coverage (protection) for damages incurred to a rental car due to the driver's fault.

The car insurance policy applied to this product is the 'Super Unlimited' insurance, which can provide coverage for all accidents and injuries excluding 12 specific cases, without any limit on the compensation amount.

The insurance premium is included in the price of this product.

The car insurance applies to the first incident of damage only.

The car insurance policy will be invalidated after a single accident, and the contract will be automatically terminated if the vehicle becomes inoperable. In this case, refunds for unused coverage time will not be available.
