There is a shuttle bus available at Jeju Airport and it is very close to the pick-up location. Although the clerk made a mistake that day and said that I paid again without checking out, I contacted customer service immediately that day and got help quickly. I refunded the money quickly on the day I returned the car. Give me! Overall service is very good

Trust and use it. This is not a review event, but I am writing a review because it is really good and I hope many people will trust and use it. No matter how careful the driver is, problems can arise at any time. Once it happens, there is no panic and your schedule is all messed up. Needless to say, it's incredibly stressful. It is better to choose a company you can trust even if a problem arises, rather than a company that says there will never be a problem. So, if someone is looking for a rental car in Jeju, they will tell them to go to The Safe Rental Car. It was easy to pick up and return, and the car and price were good. And above all, the team leader here is someone you can trust. If you are looking for a rental car, and there is one available here, don't look any further and come straight here.

I was very satisfied with the condition of the car, the good price, and the friendliness of the staff. It's a shame that there were too many cloudy and rainy days, but using The Safe Rent-a-Car was a shame.
I want to use it again when I visit Jeju next time.^^

Extending the rental period or requesting a partial refund based on remaining rental time is not possible, so please make sure to accurately specify your rental schedule.
Partial refunds for unused rental time due to early vehicle return are not available.
In the event of a natural disaster on the day of rental pick-up, a full refund is possible only with submission of a document confirming flight or ship cancellation.
In case of a confirmed case of a contagious disease by the driver who made the reservation, a full refund is possible only with submission of a document confirming the diagnosis from the Korea Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (KCDC). In case of a confirmed case among the group, 70% refund is possible with submission of supporting documents.

Please select the start date for your car rental.

This product allows a maximum of 7 tickets per person (available for up to 168 hours of use). If you wish to rent for more than 8 days, please contact the rental car company directly.
You must select your vehicle pickup date and time, and purchase a ticket for the desired duration.
This product is subject to availability, and we will confirm the reservation within 1-2 days of the reservation date.
Please note that even if payment is completed, the vehicle may not be available at the desired time. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
Once your reservation is confirmed, you can use the rental car for the specified duration. If you need to change the itinerary, extend your rental period, or switch to a different vehicle type, please contact us at least 3 days in advance. (Please note that changes may not be possible depending on the rental car company's policy.)
When making a reservation, you must provide your passport name (in English), number of passengers, and the desired rental period and time. (Failure to provide this information may result in a failed reservation.)
1. Select the pick-up date, choose your vehicle, and purchase a ticket for the desired duration. (One ticket is valid for a maximum of 24 hours and any remaining time cannot be refunded.)
Example 1) If you plan tor rent a Full-size car from 09:00 on March 1st to 15:00 on March 3rd = March 1, 2 (24 hours x2) + March 3 (6 hours) = 54 hours -> Choose March 1st as the first day of use and purchase 3 tickets
Example 2) If you plan to rent a VAN from 09:00 on March 1st to 09:00 on March 5th = March 1, 2, 3, 4 (24 hours x4) = 96 hours -> Choose March 1st as the first day of use and purchase 4 tickets
2. Please make sure to provide your passport name (in English), number of passengers, pick-up and drop-off dates and times when submitting your request. (If any of these information is missing, we won't be able to process your reservation.)
Example: Pick-up date and time: March 1st, 9:00am, Drop-off date and time: March 5th, 3:00pm
3. We will confirm the availability of your reservation and inform you of the confirmation within 1-2 days of your request. (If your reservation is confirmed, we will send you a voucher.)
4. On the day of pick-up, please take the shuttle vehicle at Jeju Airport to the rental car company. (Please provide your name and number of passengers to the shuttle driver before boarding.)
Shuttle operation hours: 08:00 - 19:50
Shuttle pick-up location: Parking lot 4, Zone 3 of Jeju Airport Rental Car House.
5. Fill out the rental contract and receive the vehicle from the rental car company.
Vehicle pick-up hours: 08:00 - 20:00
6. Return the vehicle to the rental car company on the scheduled date. (Penalty fees may apply for late returns.)
