How to Use

This product is available for a maximum of 6 tickets per person (usable for up to 144 hours) and can be used only if you purchase two or more tickets (cannot be used with one ticket).

You must purchase tickets for the date of vehicle pickup and select the vehicle, as well as the number of days you want to use the vehicle.

This product is available for reservation, and we will inform you of the confirmation status within 1-2 days of the reservation date.

Even if payment is completed, the vehicle may not be available if there are not enough rental cars. (100% refund if unavailable).

Once your reservation is confirmed, you can use the rental car for the reserved period. If you want to change the schedule, extend the rental period, or change the vehicle type, please contact us at least 3 days before the rental date (changes may not be possible depending on the rental car company's policy).

You must provide your passport name (in English), the number of passengers, and the date and time of vehicle use in the requirement information (reservation is not possible without this information).

Electric cars can be rented with an electric charging card provided by the rental car company, and the cost is 5,000 won per day. The charging card can be used for unlimited charging at environmental ministry charging stations and Korea Electric Power Corporation charging stations during the travel period (the rental car company will provide instructions on how to charge the vehicle).

How to Reserve

1. Choose the pick-up date, select the vehicle, and purchase the ticket for the desired number of days. (One ticket is based on one day.)

Example 1) If you want to use a medium-sized car from 09:00 on 3/1 to 15:00 on 3/3 (3 days)

-> Purchase three tickets for the pick-up date of 3/1 and the medium-sized car

Example 2) If you want to use a van from 09:00 on 3/1 to 09:00 on 3/5 (5 days)

-> Purchase five tickets for the pick-up date of 3/1 and the van

2. Please make sure to include your passport name (English name), number of passengers, car rental pick-up and return date/time in the requested information. (Reservation is not possible without this information.)

Example) Pick-up date/time 3/1 09:00, Return date/time 3/5 15:00

3. We will check the availability and inform you of the confirmation status within 1-2 days of the reservation date. (When the reservation is confirmed, we will send a text voucher.)

4. On the pick-up day, take the shuttle car from Jeju Airport to the rental car company. (Check the reservation name and number of passengers before boarding the shuttle.)

Shuttle operating hours: 07:40 ~ 22:00 (every 20 minutes, every 30 minutes after 20:00)

5. Complete the rental contract and pick up the vehicle at the rental car company.

Vehicle pick-up time: 08:00 ~ 22:00

6. Return the vehicle to the rental car company on the scheduled return date. (Penalty fees will be charged for late returns.)

Vehicle return time: 08:00 ~ 21:00

Return location: Jeju Angel Car, 171-1 Doryeong-ro, Jeju-si, Jeju Special Self-Governing Province

Vehicle pick-up and return can only be done at the rental car company, and the fuel level of the vehicle should be the same as when picked up. (If the fuel is insufficient, a fuel charge will be imposed, and excess fuel cannot be refunded.)

Refund Policy

Extension of usage time or partial refunds with the remaining ticket time are not possible, so please accurately specify your itinerary.

Partial refunds are not possible in case of early return of the vehicle.

Cancellation due to natural disasters on the day of pick-up is eligible for a full refund only with the submission of an airline cancellation confirmation document.

Things to Keep In Mind

If the rental conditions are not met and there is a no-show for more than an hour without prior notice, the pick-up may be refused and there will be no full refund.

This product includes rental fees, comprehensive insurance, and car insurance.

The vehicle navigation system supports only English and Korean.

On-site rental car company staff are available in English, Chinese, and Korean.

Rental cars can only be used by those who are 26 years of age or older up to 70 years of age, and have held a driver's license for at least three years based on the date of acquisition.

Only those who have a driver's license on hand can be registered as drivers at the time of pick-up.

When picking up the car, you must bring your international driving permit (IDP), passport, driver's license from your country, and a credit card that can be used for overseas payments.

The English name on the reservation, passport, and international driving permit (IDP) must match exactly for the vehicle to be used.

The international driving permit (IDP) must be grade B or higher, and for vans, grade D or higher.

If any of the required documents are missing, the vehicle cannot be used.

Any traffic violations that occur during the rental car use are the responsibility of the renter.

All vehicles are non-smoking, and smoking will result in additional cleaning fees.

The vehicle images by type may differ from the actual vehicle.

Pets, fishing gear, and exceeding the seating capacity (including infants and children as one person) will result in pick-up refusal, and the ticket will not be refunded (applies the same as same-day cancellation).

Insurance

1. Comprehensive Insurance:

• Coverage includes personal injury, property damage, and own vehicle damage.
• A deductible of 500,000 won applies per claim, and in case of a mutual collision, the refund amount will be determined based on the degree of fault.

2. Vehicle Insurance:

• No separate customer deductibles or downtime compensation fees apply within the compensation limit.
• Tires, wheels, and vehicle consumables are not covered by insurance.
• Detailed terms and conditions are specified in the contract, so be sure to read them carefully.

3. Compensation limit and eligibility:

• For small and medium-sized cars: 300,000 to 400,000 won in compensation limit, eligible for drivers who are at least 26 years old and have more than 3 years of driving experience.
• For luxury, electric, RV, and passenger cars: 300,000 to 500,000 won in compensation limit, eligible for drivers who are at least 26 years old and have more than 3 years of driving experience.

4. 12 types of accidents are not covered, including:

• Violation of traffic signals
• Crossing the centerline
• Speeding more than 20km/h over the limit
• Violation of overtaking methods, restricted times, or areas, or prohibited merging
• Violation of railroad crossing procedures
• Failure to yield to pedestrians at crosswalks
• Driving without a license
• Drunk driving
• Violation of pedestrian walkways
• Failure to prevent passenger falls
• Violation of child protection zones
• Failure to secure cargo properly while driving
