My friends only use this place when they go to Jeju, so I applied too. The 19-year-old K5 LPG was assigned, and it was a car downgraded from Science Unit 5. There was no particular problem while riding and it ran well, but the mdps was broken, so there was a sandy sound when steering (this is a chronic problem with hyundai), and the alignment was not right, so it was heavily tilted to the right, and the air pressure in the front passenger side tire was only 48 psi, so I stopped the car while driving for fear of bursting the tire, and the air pressure was the same as the air pressure of the other wheel. I paid the price and rode it. When I received it, I took a picture of it in advance because there were two oil gauges, and the exterior had so many scratches and dents that it looked like a real science unit 5, so I left it all in a video (the front and rear bumpers were great, but I didn't post a picture because it had a license plate). Even the makeup mirror inside the driver's side sun visor was broken. I thought the car had rolled off a cliff. However, since the interior condition was really clean unlike the exterior, I rationalized that there must have been a reason for recommending this car on the website because it was cheap (37,000 won for 3 days). In addition, the airport shuttle service and the convenience of purchasing and returning using the kiosk offset all previous disadvantages. I plan to continue making reservations until I receive a new car during my next visit to Jeju.

How To Use
This product allows a maximum of 6 tickets per person (usable for a maximum of 144 hours), and can only be used when purchasing 2 or more tickets (1 ticket cannot be used).
You must select the date of vehicle pick-up, choose the vehicle, and purchase the ticket for the desired number of days.
This product is a reservation waiting product, and we will confirm availability and notify you of the confirmation within 1-2 days of the reservation date.
Even if payment is completed, use may not be possible if the vehicle is sold out. (100% refund if not available for use)
Once your reservation is confirmed, you can use it for the reserved period. If you need to change the schedule, extend the use, or change the vehicle type, please contact us separately by 3 days prior to the use date. (Changes may not be possible depending on the company's circumstances)
You must provide passport name (English name), number of passengers, and vehicle use date and time in the request information. (Reservation is not possible if not provided)
Electric cars can be rented with a charging card from the rental car company, and a fee of 5,000 won per day is charged. The charging card can be charged unlimited times at environmental ministry charging stations and KEPCO charging stations during the travel period. (Charging method will be provided by the rental car company.)
[How to Use Product]
1. Select the vehicle pick-up date, choose the vehicle, and purchase the ticket for the desired number of days. (1 ticket is based on 1 day)
Example 1) If you want to use a medium-sized car from 3/1 09:00 to 3/3 15:00 (3 days) -> Select the vehicle pick-up date as 3/1 and purchase 3 tickets for the medium-sized car.
Example 2) If you want to use a van from 3/1 09:00 to 3/5 09:00 (5 days) -> Select the vehicle pick-up date as 3/1 and purchase 5 tickets for the van.
2. Please provide your passport name (English name), number of passengers, rental car pick-up date and time, and return date and time in the request information. (Reservation is not possible if not provided.)
Example) Vehicle pick-up date and time: 3/1 09:00, Return date and time: 3/5 15:00
3. We will confirm availability and notify you of the confirmation within 1-2 days of the reservation date. (If the reservation is confirmed, we will send a text voucher.)
4. On the day of vehicle pick-up, take a shuttle car from Jeju Airport to the rental car company (check the name and number of passengers of the reservation when boarding the shuttle).
Shuttle operating hours: 07:40~22:00 (Runs every 20 minutes, every 30 minutes after 20:00)
Shuttle pick-up location: Jeju Airport rental car house parking lot, 5th section, 14th spot.
5. Complete the contract at the rental car company and pick up the vehicle.
Vehicle pick-up hours: 08:00 ~ 22:00
6. Return the vehicle to the rental car company on the return date. (Penalty fees will be charged for exceeding the time limit.)
Vehicle return hours: 08:00 ~ 21:00

Vehicle pick-up and return can only be done at the rental car company, and for vehicle fuel, you must fill it up with fuel at the time of pick-up and return it with a full tank. (If there is not enough fuel, fuel fees will be charged and excess fuel cannot be refunded.)
Cancelation Policy
If you cancel your reservation up to 3 days before the vehicle pickup date: 100% refund.
If you cancel 2 days before or on the day of the vehicle pickup date: No refund.
Please provide an accurate schedule as extension of time and partial refunds based on remaining ticket time are not possible.
Partial refunds are not possible for early vehicle returns.
Cancellation due to natural disasters on the day of pickup is eligible for a full refund only with submission of flight cancellation confirmation.
Things To Keep In Mind
Rental conditions must be met, and if there is a no show for more than an hour without prior contact, the pick-up may be refused and there will be no full refund. This product includes rental car fees, comprehensive insurance, and personal accident insurance.
The car navigation system only supports English and Korean.
On-site rental car company staff can speak English, Chinese, and Korean.
Rental cars are only available for those aged 26 to 70 with a driver's license of at least 3 years.
Only those who have a driver's license can register as the driver.
When picking up the vehicle, you must bring an international driving permit (IDP), passport, driver's license from your home country, and a credit card that can be used for international payment.
The reservation name, passport, and English name on the international driving permit (IDP) must match exactly for the vehicle to be available.
The international driving permit (IDP) must be grade B or higher, and van vehicles must be grade D or higher.
If any of the necessary documents are missing, the vehicle cannot be used.
The lessee is responsible for any traffic violations that occur during the rental car use.
All vehicles are non-smoking, and smoking will incur separate cleaning costs.
The images of the vehicles may differ from the actual vehicles.
If you bring a pet, fishing gear, or exceed the passenger capacity (including infants and children as one person), the pick-up may be refused and the ticket will not be refunded (applies the same day cancellation policy).

*Insurance Information:
1. Comprehensive insurance: The rental car has comprehensive insurance (third-party liability, collision damage waiver, and theft protection). In the event of an accident, the lessee is responsible for a deductible of KRW 500,000 per claim, and in the case of a mutual accident, partial refund is available based on the proportion of fault.
2. Personal accident insurance: No customer deductibles or loss of use fees within the coverage limit. Tires, wheels, and other consumables are not covered by insurance.
