Booking Confirmation

Q. How long can I use Pre-order deals?
Deals booked for a specific visit date can be used until Feb 28, 2027.
Deals without a booking date (eSIMs, transportation cards, prepaid card QR codes, etc.) have their own validity periods and activation terms, so please check each deal page.
Q. How do I use a creator code?
If you have a creator code, enter it in the promo code field at the final checkout step to get an extra 5% off.
Codes are issued per payment currency, so please use the code that matches your currency.
Q. Can I change my booking date or schedule?
For deals booked for a specific visit date, you can request a new visit date up to Feb 28, 2027.
Please don't contact the partner directly. Instead, email your booking details and preferred new date to Creatrip Customer Support (help@creatrip.com).
We'll check with the partner and get back to you within 24–48 hours on business days.
Changes may be limited depending on each deal's terms, so please also check each deal page.
Q. How do deposit deals work?
For deposit deals, you pay only the deposit when booking and pay the rest on-site on the day of your visit.
Whether the deposit is deducted from the price or refunded after your visit varies by deal, so please check each deal page.
If you don't visit, your deposit won't be refunded.
Q. I've completed payment. Is my booking confirmed?
Even after payment, your booking may not be finally confirmed depending on the partner's availability.
If the partner confirms that your booking isn't possible, we'll let you know separately.
Q. What if I can't use my deal on the booked date because of the partner?
If the partner can't proceed with your booking, we'll check whether your booking can be changed and let you know.
If your booking can't go ahead on another date either, we'll give you a full refund.
Q. Can I cancel or get a refund after booking?
Pre-order deals can't be canceled or refunded for personal reasons after payment.
You'll be asked to agree to this before payment, so please review each deal's terms and your schedule carefully before purchasing.
However, if the partner can't proceed with your booking, we'll give you a full refund.
Q. If one of the deals I booked together becomes unavailable, can I cancel the others?
Pre-order deals can't be canceled for personal reasons.
Each deal is handled as a separate booking, so even if one deal becomes unavailable or needs to be rescheduled, you can't request to cancel other deals for that reason.
