Method
- Teeth polishing followed by blue-light whitening.
Process
- Full treatment completed in one visit.
- Whitening gel applied and light activated → removed and reapplied → repeated for a total of three rounds.
Steps
- Panoramic X-ray and oral exam (checking for cavities, gum issues, etc.).
- Scaling and polishing to prep the tooth surface.
- Three rounds of whitening.
Duration
- Approximately 90 minutes total (including panoramic X-ray, oral examination, scaling, and whitening treatment).
- Whitening treatment: 15 minutes × 3 sessions (45 minutes total).

- Those with yellow or stained teeth
Precautions
- Avoid eating for 2 hours after whitening, and refrain from smoking or consuming heavily pigmented foods (grape juice, cola, wine, coffee, green tea, chocolate, curry, etc.). If necessary, rinse or brush immediately after eating.
- After whitening, gum discoloration, temporary tooth sensitivity, temporary pigment deposition, or white streaks or spots on the teeth may occur. If sensitivity persists, take pain relievers, and visit the clinic if symptoms continue.
- Teeth may become sensitive after whitening, so it is best to avoid very hot or very cold foods.
- Whitening effects are not permanent, so it is important to maintain the effect with periodic whitening treatments.
