The barbecue area is satisfactory. You can think of the accommodation as a villa.

Close to the supermarket and easy to move around.
Since the villa is used as a pension, it does not feel like you are traveling.

It was built as a sun villa and is divided into 5 buildings, some of which are residential and some are used as pensions. There are 4 floors per building, 3 rooms with 4 floors, 3 rooms for 8 people, and 2 bathrooms. All rooms have beds, and towels, shampoo, conditioner, and dryer are provided as standard. The living room has a wall-mounted air conditioner, TV, and refrigerator, and the kitchen is equipped with two induction stoves and an electric rice cooker. BBQ facilities are provided on the rooftop, and charcoal grills are charged separately at 10,000 won per person and paid for on site. (Portable induction provided due to induction breakdown) The nearby sea is close, but since it is a coastal road and not a sea where sightseeing such as swimming is possible, the beach consisting of a beach is 3 to 4 km away, and two representative spots are Shipnipo Beach and Janggyeongni Beach. The Yeongheung seafood direct sales market is nearby, making it a great place to eat or purchase fresh seafood from the West Sea and serve it with BBQ.
The room's pots and frying pans are in poor condition, so the cooking utensils need to be replaced. The advantage is that all rooms have insect screens on the windows, allowing for good airflow even without air conditioning. The living room is small, so the distance from the TV is close, and there are no chairs, so only sitting is possible. Check-in is said to be 2 o'clock online, but on-site it is said to be 3 o'clock, etc. They delayed paying the room key due to lack of management, and although BBQ facilities are provided independently, they have to be done in a shared open space on the rooftop, etc. There are many cases where the online and actual information are different, resulting in poor management. The quality of service is very low. Except for the pretty good night ocean view on the rooftop, it leaves a lot to be desired overall and is the worst value for money.

I was a little annoyed because the owner (the person answering the phone) was unfriendly. Even though it was called a studio, I understand that it was really like a monthly rental room because I didn't really see it. The rooftop barbecue was good, but due to the owner's unfriendly guidance, there was quite a bit of digging and the wait was long. However, the aunt who actually set it up was kind.
