New, clean, and stylish hotel with friendly staffs in a central location right next to the station and jaw-dropping lake! Make sure to get lake view suite, which is such a pleasure to look at the park day and night.

There was a clear language barrier, however the staff were accommodating and helpful. Instructions about using TV remote, Wifi, Telecom // Telephone should be provided in the room in English. There is also no room service for food as far as I could tell, there are however many restaurants in the area. The hotel is in a great spot with excellent views. However it is more difficult to reach at night from Goyang / Seoul after the metro closes. Overall a great stay, 9/10

Badly designed loft rooms especially those with bed in the loft which has very low headroom suitable only for hobbits n very steep slippery stairs to climb. Some Wardrobe also so high you need to be an NBA basketballer to reach the hangers ... and toilet has NO bidet or heated seat ... not good for winter !!

Good views, great place all around The elevators are a bit weird (the buttons only activate the one corresponding elevator rather than all 4 at once) and they have this intercom that blares at you to stop smoking at 8 PM everyday. My friend and I stayed in a duplex room with two beds. There was nothing particularly good about it, but the bed condition was good, so it was an acceptable experience. Since you can cook your own food, it is also worth considering for long-term stays, such as a month-long stay.
