The place is awesome, Clean. Friendly staff. Good breakfast menu. A lot of restaurants around the hotels.
You also can find direct bus to airport infront of the hotel👍🏻5

Considering what I paid for this hotel I was extremely impressed. Modern, clean, bright and ideally located for the conference I attended (Cophex at Kintex). The breakfast, in particular, was excellent with a wide range of Asian and western options. The only slight complaint that I had was that my room AC did not work but this was resolved quickly when I reported it to reception. I will stay again and would highly recommend it to business travellers.3

Its a five stars grade hotel in Goyang. But the service is not ready for 5-star hotel. Room is great but the AC doesnt work with personally. It works with central controlled temperature. It was too hot. And service is not ready for customers. Need be more kind to customers.2

On check-in I was informed that the room “may be a bit hot” and I should turn off the air conditioning and open a window to cool it down. Room temperature remained at 33°C all night. Couldn’t sleep due to the heat and traffic noise coming through the open window. Discussed with the staff and was told “nothing could be done”.
On check-out I raised the issue again when asked how my stay was. I was told that it as an issue with the West tower and that the East tower had functioning air conditioning.
