I went with the Seolbong package. The building itself was tall, so the view was good. The bedding in this hotel was good, so I slept well.

It's a newly built place so it's clean. This is a place where one building of a residential-commercial complex, which is not a hotel but an officetel, was named the hotel.

It's a bit bleak because it's a new town with apartment buildings nearby, but Lotte Mart is right in front of it, there's a variety of restaurants, and the parking lot is bigger than I thought. It is very comfortable except that there is no toothbrush and toothpaste and the price is 10-20% higher than the price. The reception is very friendly. Facility with veranda. If you want a studio-like atmosphere with a washing machine and cooking facilities, this is a great place. If the cost is no problem for a long-term business trip, it would be better than a regular hotel.
