Nice people running the place. It's clean and in the middle of a shopping area. The room is small, but that should not be a surprise at all. The bed is comfortable.4

Rooms were OK. Generally clean. Since the room is small we kept our shoes underneath the bed for more space and noticed that it was not cleaned properly. There are shoes, trash and dusts underneath and seems to not been cleaned for years. You can see the entrance and elevator is dusty too. They could improve in this department.
Bed, duvet and pillow are comfy for budget guesthouse. Toilet are clean and packets of shampoo and body provided on the mini fridge. I dont expect much since it is budget guest house.
Fast check in. Most staff are friendly. Pantry are clean and well equipped. They also let you store you luggage for free. If you arrive before check in time or wanted to stroll around after check out. However, with your own discretion. My experience, all 4 luggage were safe and sound.
LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. Near to metro station, near to bus stop, near to airport limo, walking distance to Namsan Tower Cable Car station (the walk is uphill) and Myeondong night market. I would give the location a 7 star if there is such thing. You can also walk to City Hall from Myeongdong Metro exit 12 via underground tunnel if you want to.3

My worst nightmare!! Noticed that it was not cleaned properly. Bedsheet is full of stains and black pillows. When i open the door i see the floor have insect hiding inside.
The room is small. Location with myeongdong market just outside. English-speaking and friendly staffis but not always available. I’ve stayed in many hotels in Myeongdong and this one is the worst.2

Location great. A bit tricky to find- it would help if they had a better sign.
Bathrooms were not clean and everything could do with freshen up the lights flickered in the passages, lift could do with a clean. Aircon was great.
Staff friendly. Rooms super small
