The hotel was very nice to stay at. They are located very close to Osan AB and the strip for dinner and a night out. The best part of the stay was the hospitality from everyone in the hotel. Water available and receipts ready before we asked for them. We had to leave 2 days early as well and they were able to manage 7 of us to get a full refund for 2 unstayed nights.5

The hotel is amazing! I love the staff and the location. I recommend all Americans stay here for you time in Osan!!4

Excellent location, just a 5-8 minute walk to Osan Airbase Main Gate. The hotel is conveniently situated near the SED shopping area and restaurants, providing a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. It's worth noting that on weekends, there may be an influx of soldiers at the hotel. The only suggestion for improvement at the hotel is that the beds, while not exactly like those in the US soft and comfortable bed. Overall, great stay and front desk very helpful and provide a wealth of information and a 220 plug if you don't have the right plugs for iphone or 110v items. See my images attached.4

The real attraction of this hotel is that it's close enough to the songtan strip (main walking road of bars, shops, and restaurants) that you can make your way there and back without much trouble, but it's far enough away that even on a Friday or Saturday night, you can't hear any thumping bass from the clubs and bars. Additionally it's close to some nice restaurants and this is an alright place to stay if you're new in town or just visiting.
On the negative side of things, there a few a few aspects that seem a bit slipshod. One of our light fixtures in the room was no longer attached to the wall, the shower drain only drains very very slowly, the laundry room on the top floor is a bit messy and the instructions on how the machines work are not meant for English speakers (Google Lens to the rescue!).
I still recommend staying here though. The owners are really nice!
