Since it just opened, the accommodation feels like a new home.
There is an amusement park nearby and there are many restaurants.5

Very good hotel! Clean, neat, well-groomed, very quiet, despite the fact that the place is full of karaoke. The room has everything you need, even a kettle with a set of coffee, tea and cookies!
The only negative (for me) is a 30-minute walk to the metro. However, buses run quite often.3

It's less so for the 5th floor or higher.
The lower floors lack soundproofing.
I stayed in room 207, and I heard the conversation of the couple next door.

There is no water in the refrigerator and the Netflix computer is very bad... The shower stand was off, so please fix it before someone else gets it.
