Great Hotel, The breakfast is great and the rooms are very nice! Exactly what I expect from Grand Hyatt. One recommendation is that more staff should be able to understand basic English. It would make it a lot more convenient for non-Koreans. Thanks!5

The furniture and appliances were a bit old, but all of the staff were very nice and kind. At the restaurant, the cafe and bakery, their food and drinks are very delicious. Also, there are a lot of facilities for kids and adults.5

We booked one of the club suites using Hyatt points and it was incredible. So big- the walk in closet was probably the size of some regular hotel rooms in many cities. The location is perfect for an early morning or late night flight out of Incheon and they have a shuttle that runs every so often. They had a complimentary bottle of wine for us since we were on our honeymoon and even made us to-go breakfast since we had to leave before breakfast service began because of our early flight. Overall, would stay here again if flight time doesn't allow for easily getting to Seoul the same day. Keep in mind, Incheon is about an hour from Seoul, so despite the hotel being great, I wouldn't stay here unless it was because of a need for proximity to the airport.4

The room was really nice and clean. The shower was one of the best I've ever experienced. The food services in the hotel were decent. The two things I didn't like were the stiffness of the bed and pillows and that there was nothing really around the hotel to explore if you didn't have a vehicle. But it is very convenient to get to the airport.4

In many ways, there is no shortage in terms of service. It is a good place for families with children to visit. There are a lot of children in the pool. What matters is that the food in the restaurant on the first floor is excellent. It's a shame that the convenience store is a little far away, but I feel like I want to leave somewhere when I see the plane open and set in the window.
I don't recommend it to couples who want to enjoy a romantic atmosphere
