The apartment looks brand new. It is slightly farther away from base than other options, but definitely worth it. The rooms are basically a 1 bedroom apartment with a full size refrigerator and kitchenette. It also has a in indoor pool, gym, and laundry facility. It is much better than other hotels for the same price. Especially nice for extended stays.5

Great hotel just outside of Osan air base. About equivalent to what youd find in a 4-5 star hotel in America. If you're coming from the base friendly staff will help you figure out what you and the on base housing office will need to get you settled in.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone waiting for a permanent residence.5

Great staff and far more comfortable rooms than most of the older hotels. They also do us government rate beds are firm as you will find anywhere and be persistent when calling they normally don't pick up.4

Rooms are nice if a little sparse. Amenities within see feet nice. Location is convenient to the train station and the air base. Staff has been efficient and friendly. The noise from the trains does tend to get distracting after a while.4

The Hilltop Forest residence and the New Sontang hotel are two separate buildings but share the same rooms. I had made reservations with the Hiltop Forrest and upon arrival at the hotel found the check in counter empty with a sign to go across the street to the New Sontang. I walked over there and that is where the rooms were. No issues as they were as we had booked and very clean and comfortable. I would stay here again. It's very close walking distance to Osan and the area between is a lot of shops and restaurants.
