Because the facility is old, it feels a bit outdated.
When I lit a fire in another room, my room smelled like smoke, which gave me a slight headache.
Ventilation was good.
The breakfast area was clean, but the fried egg area and dining area were a bit crowded.
The view was really good haha4

The facilities are okay and it's good for a group trip. There is a lake right in front and Petite France is close, making it easy to get to by car. Since there are no convenience facilities nearby, the pension operates its own concession stand and the male owner(?) is very friendly. Everything was good except that the heating wasn't working at all. It's about 30 minutes away from the station, but pick-up is available at the supermarket.2

I like honest reviews, so I will write honestly. I came here on a family trip. I come all the way from New York. I don't think the facilities or services are that good compared to the price, which is quite expensive during the off-season. The room is clean and the facilities are just good for young people to come to MT and stay up late drinking. Other than that, there was nothing else to do. I booked a family room and although it has 2 bathrooms, it is too small. I think the swimming pool is not open in fall, winter and spring(??). It was very inconvenient for the staff to always ask, ‘So when will you pay?’ while bringing the ordered items (charcoal, etc.). There may have been a lot of scams by unscrupulous customers, but I don't think they are doing the same to other customers. As a former hotelier, I have encountered many unfortunate aspects of lodging management. The view is good, especially the foggy lake and night view from the second floor and above. Cats keep coming to the terrace at night and meowing a lot for food. I think I'll just look elsewhere next time.
