Clean room with a comfy bed. For a one night stopover in Seoul before returning home, I thought the location would be closer to the airport. However, the taxi ride took around 25 minutes and cost 40-50k won on the meter, which was not as close as I expected for a one night stay. Overall, the hotel is very cozy and the staff are helpful.

A normal taxi (you get it from from bay 5 taxi rank) from the airport T1 was 39k, which included a 20% after 10pm premium and toll fee. If there are 2 of you it’s really not worth the small saving on a limo bus. A return taxi was arranged by reception to T2 and it cost 44k during the day. Executive taxis cost more. Surprised that a 150,000 deposit was required when checking in. Paid by credit card. Check in and breakfast buffet on 19th floor. The reception staff are excellent. The rooms are very well maintained, very clean and well equipped.

The rooms and bathroom were great. The restaurant and bar on the rooftop had spectacular views and the gym was excellent. Good value for money and great service for our short stay and right by the Central Park which was a wonderful walk

Room is clean and confortable. Sometimes got a bit of sewage smell after flush. Location in deserted area where many shops not occupied. Only good thing is walking out to the central park metro station. Food wise not much options especially morning. Only 1 bakery we found nearby. Staying nearer to the city would be better option. If taking the train from airport will need to switch line 1 time and takes 1.5 hour. Taxi will be way quicker.

Not sure how this is considered 4 stars. In fact, no holiday inn should be 4 stars. Rooms are a bit dated and cleaning could be better. The lobby is spacious and inviting but I do not find any of the front desk staffs to be welcoming. But I would like to give praise to Roxanne Ha working at the cafe located on the 1st floor. She was extremely friendly and sweet. Someone like her should be working at the front desk since she knows hospitality. Not to mention, her English is fluent (and definitely better than the 2 front desk staff members I’ve encountered) Not close to the airport so you would only book this place if you need to be in Songdo.
