Very comfortable hotel. Rooms are clean and modern. The hotel staff is super helpful. I've stayed there many times and my only complaint is that the shower design is bad as water always leaks out all over the bathroom floor when you shower. It's not a deal breaker, but it is annoying. Another annoyance that I've found in Korea and is not unique to Shilla Stay is the the elevators are really slow... When it is busy, sometimes you can wait for like 5-10 mins for an elevator. Keep that in mind if you are staying there and need to leave on a schedule!4

Whenever I am on business trip around the area, this is my goto hotel. Conveniently located with plenty of good places to eat within walking distance. Friendly staff and very good service.4

Shilla stay is good hotel to stay, they good rooms and ambience, well maintenance by hotel. Good service, they will book a cab for you, if you are going for office.
Few things they can work on is to provide continental foods for foreigners as food menu was same almost for a month and provide mats for bathrooms as they are very slippery.2

This is a 3-star hotel. Not a 4-star hotel. At least that’s what they tell me at the front desk.
The rooms are ok. But service is bad. Breakfast is very limited, no room service possibilities and even asking for a simple coffee while waiting in the lobby is impossible.
The people at the front desk aren’t very friendly either.2
