Cheap, Great location (10 minute walk from oepo-ri ferry), Nice view, VERY friendly and helpful staff, and Good wifi. The bed might not be the comfiest but it is my only minor complaint. I would definitely stay here again!4

The motel was great and the service was kind. They even let us grill in a private spot outside. The only down side is if you don't have a car you have to walk on a dangerous road with lots of cars. And it's about a 7 minute walk to a convenience store.4

I stayed on the 5th floor and had a nice view of the rice fields and the sea.
The water pressure in the bathroom is very strong

RELATIVELY cheap room fee.
Located near to the market- it's the best thing of the motel but dont expect the room condition. Not good but not bad as well.
At least, you can enjoy the view of ocean or mountain but aware that you can hear the noise of love during the night ;)3
