Signs in English but very tiny letters and platform assignments are only posted 15-20 minutes prior to departure. Several shops, cafes, restaurants to choose from. Train platforms are up one level and clearly marked. They’re arranged with 1 closest, then 2, etc so if you are a platform of a higher number you have further to walk/run once it’s posted. Bathrooms are very clean but all require a ticket to enter, 1 euro (cards accepted). Trains are numbered cabins- your ticket lists the cabin you should enter. We purchased 1st class so the cabin is marked 1 then tickets showed specific seat number as well. 2nd class is cabin labeled 2

The architecture is splendid as well as the interior. There are many shops inside. Passengers would not be bored.

Good, but it is difficult to have information about the trip. The language used is not familiar to foreigners
And no help desk or information desk. Just keep asking people around.

This is my home town train station. The tram stops outside the train station and the metro under the train station. Very easy access.
The train terminal itself is a bit dated. Looks like old communist architecture in the main terminal building. The older terminal is beautiful was built before communist times.
Grocery store is located inside the terminal. Several restaurants, coffee stops, bakery, and quick marts.
Access to the trains is easy. Stairs, elevator, and escalators to use.
The biggest downside is the homeless and drunks that are all over out in front of the station. More at night than during the day. Harmless, but still not a good look.

It’s a clean station. But don’t expect the signs to be clear in English. I speak Czech so it is fine. For some reason they decided to keep German signs as well… however people working in the station speak perfect English and generally they like to help you so you can ask. But be there on time to find your train…
