Absolutely recommend to stay here. Very clean. Great location - few minutes walk from Dongmyo Station Exit 3 and Flea market. There are a few cafes nearby too, highly recommend Brea:Done - nice bread and coffee. You can also walk to Dongdaemun without taking the train, it is that close!
The airport bus 6002 also stops directly at the main road outside of the hotel. Extremely convenient and I didn't have to drag my luggage for long.
I booked the deluxe double room for a solo traveller - room was big enough. Bathtub was great. Wifi was great. Water dispenser was great. They don't provide fork/spoon in the room but I called the counter and they kindly provided me with chopsticks downstairs. They also provide toiletries - basic toothbrush and toothpaste - some expensive bigger hotels don't even provide!5

I love everything about this hotel.The location, cleanliness, staff. I was staying somewhere else and had a bad experience. So i went to hotel DM and my trip went so much smoother. The staff is friendly.Helpful and quick. If you are a solo traveler, this hotel will make you feel at home. Management is awesome . They hire the best people to work here . From the receptionist to he maids. Everyone is so sweet. Please keep up the good work. This hotel is a hidden gem.5

The hotel room is perfect for solo traveler , the bed is comfy and I slept very well here for 1 night . Love the water filter that is provided . After check out , they allow me to leave the luggage for free but only for 1 hour .The rest 4 hours will be charged 5000 won . There’s a flea market that is very interesting to visit . Many restaurants and local grocery nearby .4

The place is clean and the service is nice, although the room is not spacious. It’s also located nearby a bus stop and a subway station. You can find convenient stores, a local supermarket, and familiar shops like Olive Young or Daiso in walking distance.
However, it seems not to be the right choice for young travelers who love shopping and hanging out. The streets are quiet and filled with second hand goods rather than fashionable stuff. If you like to hang out late night, this area may not be convenient for you. It takes a while to travel to youngsters’ area like Hongdae. I’d recommend to stay around the streets where you like to eat, shop, and hop around.4

Would consider this hotel as an above average 3.5 star hotel. Room was quite spacious and didn’t even expect a bathtub. Very clean although the housekeeping could be more diligent in replenishing the soap and vacuuming under the bed. But other than that was a pleasant stay as there was free netflix and amazon prime. There’s a communal water dispenser as well with cold, warm, room and hot water with cups. Rooms are soundproof as well.
Location was also pretty convenient as it was about 4-5 minutes from dongmyo subway station (recommend using exit 3) There’s a flea market nearby as well.
A solid 7/10!
