Richard speaks good English, he always greets us with a happy smile & shares some tips for us to explore food in Seoul. The location is perfect, walkable to train stations, Han River Park & Seoul Forest Park. There are lots of options for the market, shops & cafes nearby - absolutely a gem in every alley!
After a tiring day, I love how the room (private room) & bed recharge my energy for the next day.
In terms of cleanliness, they won!5

The host speaks perfect english, he is kind and helpful. The location is nice, u have han river and seoul forest and many markets, cafes. My room: single room-big bed was clean, did not smell bad, comfortable bed, quit enough to sleep well. just a little bit too small to hang more than 2 outfits.5

I don’t have much else to compare with in Seoul, but you don’t get much in this price range it seems. The room was so small that only one person could stand up at a time, the bunks are those cheapest ones that wobble and squeak if anyone turns over. There’s a grubby share kitchen, yes, welcome, but it would be good if the manager would throw out the months of out of date foods in the fridge left by other guests..
The rooftop is actually nice, except it’s a dumping ground for broken things. Most guests approve - so go for it, I’m Greatful for the cheap price and a free bike to get round on (but it’s too far to ride to the main attractions, you gotta take the subway)4

Decent room considering the price that you will pay. Less than 5 mins walk to train station, 10 mins to Seoul Forest Park
