Hotel is located conveniently near Anguk Station and several shopping areas in Insadong. Staff was extremely polite and friendly too. Really liked their locker luggage storage service. Storing your baggage overnight is free of charge if you are staying in this hotel. Room is clean and spacious. We liked that the wallpaper is made from a traditionally handmade paper-making process. There is also a water cooler at every floor.

Impressive hotel. The hotel looks new and modern. Most services are self-serving. There’s a locker room to keep your bags for free 12 hr, if you stay at the hotel. The high floor view is very nice. It’s close to the isadong artist walking street and a big park. The back entrance is conveniently connected to isadong street and a small shopping mall. Highly recommended.

Loved our stay here. Super spacious and very clean. Rooms were large and we had a nice view. Centrally located in a quiet area next to all the top sites. Close to subway station for Gangnam etc. Staff we encountered were friendly and professional though the rooms did not have any glassware and I wanted a glass for some wine to enjoy in our room, I politely enquired with the bar and they said no. First four star hotel I’ve been to that had a problem with providing glasses, especially when none were in the room. I called reception and they very kindly provided plastic wine glasses asap but they should perhaps review the arrangement with the bar. Certainly put us off ordering any cocktails and other drinks in the bar. Coin laundry was a great and useful facility but very busy, could perhaps look at adding more due to demand. Overall, I would certainly stay at this hotel again and recommend to others.

The location was great, but the hotel and service are just average with absolutely no frills. Rooms are small, albeit the bed was comfy. Breakfast was alright, but don't try paying with Apple, or Google pay. Directions from staff and reception often wrong, so be careful and i have never experienced a worse map than they provide which is a problem when google is patchy for walking. Also, in my experience sure proofing was an issue as i heard children playing and singing next door for most of my study. Finally, really very miffed when I asked if Uber, or grab were usable and the reception staff told me it didn't matter as the flat taxi rate to the airport was 80,000 Won. When I checked Uber this morning they were asking for 53,000, so either the staff member was wrong, or lied. Big discrepancy. Not good enough.

Pros: Location, modern/sleek look and feel. Cons: I was asked to pay $10 for checking-in 45min early which I've never come across anywhere else. For the reason that "the room is ready but the hotel was fully booked overnight". Just thought it was a little odd that the staff have been requested to do this. The main issue was the bathroom sewage in the Family Kids Suite smelling horrendous; it was there the moment the room door was opened the first time. Bad enough that we had to call the staff on consecutive days; it's a known issue... the janitorial staff (credit to them as it's not their fault) were able to resolve it, but it'd come back again within a few hours / overnight. Have never stayed in a worse-smelling hotel room. Great location, sleek-looking room, but a known issue with the sewage in the Family Kids Suite where the can is being kicked down the road. Hopefully it's fixed!
