I've been to many places, but this is the first time I've been to such a friendly place. The front desk staff was very friendly. The room was also very comfortable.!!

I have stayed this Hotel many times before Covid Pandamic, that time its name was ITW.
After Covid mid of last year I came and that this hotel was closed due to renovation works. Today I have booked through Agoda and during check in time I realise they have chenged name from ITW to "Nouvelle Seoul Itaewon"! Its very clean to stay...
