Very friendly and helpful staff especially the team at reception, like Jay. If you need a taxi to go anywhere, book with them. Rooms were neat and tidy (I had to change room). Coffee, tea, water provided every day of my stay (kettle was clean, too, no limescale) Toilet had bidet and seat warmer. 24 hour convenience store at the lobby. Quiet few minutes walk to the nearest train station through the local neighborhood, plus plenty of food and drink options nearby.5

The hotel is a very beautiful and comfortable hotel with amazing service!
There is an amazing cafe inside the hotel!!! We were very enthusiastic about him and his prices.
The location is not so convenient and you have to walk from it to every bus stop.
There are two convenience stores under the hotel so it is very convenient.4

Everything was good, excluding torn towels and bed linen. It was clean, but with holes. The staff is very polite, speaks excellent English. Funny window in the room in the wall in the toilet, we liked it 😂
The location is good, 10 minutes from the metro, there are buses nearby. There's a coffee shop nearby with great cheesecakes.4

Decent hotel for the price.
A GS25 can be accessed from the lobby.
Room service would replace bedsheets but not the duvet.
